It's all about consequences...

There are some things, sometimes, that give us something to think about...

When you are perfectly aware of what you're capable of, or not, and when you know, for sure, that whatever you do at your work is far far away from perfect, the thing you less expect to hear is that you are the best doing it.

Unfortunatly I know that the word "team" isn't present in the heads and minds of few. But I also know that when we want to, we can perform whatever we propose to do better than anyone in the business. That's our edge! Old school and willing to achieve the goals! Altough we've all these handicaps, it feels very good to hear that we're on another level. "Another level" are the keywords. And when you hear that from the highest autoritie in your field, that just have to make you feel goooood... Because, despite all the bullshit you've to take, you start thinking that you're getting things right, and with attitude, persistence, and team effort, you can improve your levels even more, pushing more and more, going further and further, and trying harder and harder to fulfill you objectives!

That's why I'm so proud to belong to this team. I may not agree with all what they do, i may not like them all, but i work hard for me, for my mates and for the team objectives, thinking not only in ourselves, but in ours cooperators as well, trying to make tomorrow a better day...

Thanks guys for this chance to change! And remember, don't ever stop thinking that you can do it better and better, cause this is just like maths: all you've to do is to practice over and over again...
